Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before being shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays. If incorrect or incomplete payment or address information is provided, it may result in an additional 3–5 business days delay.

Note: All U.S. shipping addresses are verified through USPS. To ensure accuracy, please verify your address at USPS.com (this does not apply to international orders).

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

LipoFlux is not responsible for delivery delays during processing (1–2 business days). We cannot guarantee USPS shipping timelines.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping

Delivery times vary by shipping method and do not include weekends or holidays. All times are estimates. LipoFlux is not accountable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, labor strikes, transportation issues).

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• If a package is refused upon delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for refused packages will only be processed once the product is received and inspected.

• LipoFlux primarily uses UPS for shipping. We cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages. For delivery issues, contact us at [email protected]. LipoFlux is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

International Shipping: Delivery may take 4–6 weeks (up to 8–12 weeks in rare cases). LipoFlux is not responsible for customs clearance delays. Additional fees may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders enter fulfillment immediately. To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the package (with valid tracking) and notify us for a refund.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. LipoFlux is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. Once processed or shipped, addresses cannot be changed. If returned, you may choose reshipment or refund.

Delivery of Items

If tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive your package, LipoFlux does not offer refunds for “delivered” items. Contact USPS for assistance.

Returns

To receive a full refund, return all bottles (full, empty, partially full, including bonus/free bottles) within 180 days of purchase. Include a note with:

• Order ID

• Full name and delivery address

• Email address and phone number

• Original packing slip (if available)

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must arrive within 180 days of purchase. Once received and verified, refunds are credited within 3–5 business days.
